About Bones
The Bones collection is more than just a line of boots; it is a heartfelt tribute to our late artisan. Two months after his passing, we began crafting this collection to honor his legacy. Under the direction of Sonia Piyaphan Boonphen, elements of the late artisan’s most sought-after creation, the Francis boot, have been lovingly integrated into the Bones boot. This includes intricate embroidery that symbolizes his craftsmanship, now paired with new design elements that represent his legacy in a minimal and tasteful way.
In bringing the Bones collection to life, Sonia collaborated with the talented videographer Mikael Enlund, whose international eye brings a unique perspective to the visual storytelling, and one of her favorite photographers, Sergio del Amo. Together, they have created a beautiful homage that not only honors the artisan’s craftsmanship but also reminds us that every ending holds its own unique beauty.
